Note: We are able to offer setup starting on Sunday afternoon - from 4pm to 7pm. If you wish to setup on Sunday please send an email to info@thefabricshows.com subject SUNDAY SETUP. Official move-in is Monday morning January 13 from 7:30AM to 10:30AM. All boxes and materials must be removed to show storage area by 10AM. If you are moving in with suitcases you may take the passenger elevators to the 3rd floor. Handcarts and rolling racks are not permitted on these elevators. Use the freight elevator it comes directly to the show area on the 3rd floor.
Move out begins at 6PM on Tuesday evening. Exhibitors will not be allowed to remove exhibits prior to 6PM. Any exhibitor who must leave their space early should make arrangements to have the show management close the booth and arrange shipments. Any exhibitor who is unable to take their exhibit out after 6PM may pick up their suitcases on Wednesday morning. Contact us if you require storage for your exhibit on Tuesday evening. TERMS & CONDITIONS Exhibitor agrees to make no claims against The Fabric Shows, Huber Power Corp, Power Enterprises, its employees and/or agents, or the venue, agents or employees; for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods; or for any injury to them or their employees, and/or agents while on the show site. Exhibits shall remain in place until the show closes. Exhibitor agrees to keep their property within the confines of their exhibit space at all times the show is open. All display materials must be free standing, nothing may be attached to exhibit hall walls. Pop-up signs are permitted. The Show management reserves the right to make changes to the floor plan and exhibit spaces assigned. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve space. Exhibit fees are non-refundable, full payment is due 3 weeks prior to the show. The Exhibitor herein acknowledges receipt and agreement to all of the Terms and Conditions. Thank you.
Move in starts at 1PM until 7PM on Tuesday, September 24th, also early setup on Wednesday morning, September 25 from 7:30AM to 9:45AM - all exhibits must be in place and boxes, etc removed from the exhibit floor to the show storage room.
