.Note as of July 11 - we will be accepting exhibitor materials delivered to the hotel by hand this afternoon after 1pm, Friday July 11. Materials will be held till Monday for official setup. Please email to confirm a drop off on Friday - hotel security needs to receive this information prior to your arrival.
Additional setup is confirmed for Sunday after 4 pm. Rolling suitcases may be brought up the guest elevators to the 3rd floor. Racks or rolling carts must enter using the freight elevator on the 35th street side of the hotel. Take elevator to the third floor.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Exhibitor agrees to make no claims against The Fabric Shows, Huber Power Corp, Power Enterprises, its employees and/or agents, or the venue, agents or employees; for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods; or for any injury to them or their employees, and/or agents while on the show site. Exhibits shall remain in place until the show closes. Exhibitor agrees to keep their property within the confines of their exhibit space at all times the show is open. All display materials must be free standing, nothing may be attached to exhibit hall walls. Pop-up signs are permitted. The Show management reserves the right to make changes to the floor plan and exhibit spaces assigned. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve space. Exhibit fees are non-refundable, full payment is due 3 weeks prior to the show. The Exhibitor herein acknowledges receipt and agreement to all of the Terms and Conditions. Thank you.
