There is a two-step Registration for current exhibitors in The Fabric Shows. Registration is now open for the New York Fabric Show and the San Francisco Fabric Show. A $500 deposit is required to reserve space 100 sq ft or less, a $1000 deposit is required to reserve larger spaces.

SET UP DAYS & HOURS - July 28 & 29
Official setup is Wednesday Morning, July 29 from 7:30AM to 9:45 AM - the show opens at 10 on Wednesday.. All boxes and suitcases must be removed from the show floor to storage (located between the Gramercy and Sutton Suites, or in the Herald Square storage area.
Setup form - 4 to 7 PM - on Tuesday, July 28 is now confirmed. please send an email to request Tuesday setup! Include the best mobile phone number for Tuesday.
Rolling suitcases may be brought up the guest elevators to the 3rd floor. Racks or rolling carts must enter using the freight elevator on the 35th street side of the hotel. Take elevator to the third floor.
Exhibitors Shipping materials to the hotel must complete and return the Exhibitor Shipping Form. Materials may be received 3 days prior to the show. Fees will be charged by the hotel for early shipments. Please send an email to info@thefabricshows.com - subject Exhibitor Shipping include the number of boxes/suitcases being sent to the hotel. The hotel will send you the Exhibitor Shipping form and request payment of in/out fees (to be paid directly to the hotel).

REMINDER - As stated on the NY Agreement form all exhibits must remain in place until closing at 6PM on Thursday.


TERMS & CONDITIONS Exhibitor agrees to make no claims against The Fabric Shows, Huber Power Corp, Power Enterprises, its employees and/or agents, or the venue, agents or employees; for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods; or for any injury to them or their employees, and/or agents while on the show site. Exhibits shall remain in place until the show closes. Exhibitor agrees to keep their property within the confines of their exhibit space at all times the show is open. All display materials must be free standing, nothing may be attached to exhibit hall walls. Pop-up signs are permitted. The Show management reserves the right to make changes to the floor plan and exhibit spaces assigned. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve space. Exhibit fees are non-refundable, full payment is due 3 weeks prior to the show. The Exhibitor herein acknowledges receipt and agreement to all of the Terms and Conditions. Thank you.
