Everyone attending The New York Fabric Show at the New Yorker Hotel must show proof of vaccination along with a valid photo identification as per City Mandates/law on Covid-19 Restrictions. Eligible proof of vaccination includes the NYC COVID Safe App, the New York State Excelsior App, a photo or hard copy of a CDC vaccination card, official vaccine record, or a photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the United States for one of the following vaccines: AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm or Sinovac.
Masks are required upon entry to the Hotel. Everyone is required to wear masks while in the lobby or any other public space.
RE: Children - please see our ATTENDEE INFO regarding permission for anyone under 18 to visit the show.
NYC rules as of December 14th, children aged 5-11 will be required to show proof of one vaccination dose for those venues. Starting December 27th, New Yorkers aged 12 and older will be required to show proof of two vaccine doses, instead of one, except for those who have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
NOTE: Please also note that evidence of a recent negative COVID test alone — in the absence of evidence of full vaccination — cannot be accepted to allow admission to any of The New Yorker event space, Business Center, Gym, and Restaurants.
Kindly note these are governmental rules and we must abide by these regulations. Please do not request exceptions - in order to hold a show in NYC we are forced to follow these rules. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
